We are not protected

Tracker has ignored my efforts to get help from them.

Each time i will get a call from them is through a complain. If i get a call i am promised a call back, some consultants just hang up on me

I have an email showing that Tracker discussed my personal information with someonelse and i do not feel safe with tracker at all

I have a device that does not work, Whenever i pick on this topic i am told that the device does work as they can see the location of the car but the ket tag does not work, high risks alerts are not working, take battery out and they do not get an alert/

when i bought this service i was told that these works and that you can pick up the location does not mean it works because i did not buy the location functionality only.

I am not willing to pay for something i am not using and you have proven failure to protect me. Tracker does not care of thier customers and most important to them is collecting from customers
