WAITING ALMOST 2 MONTHS IF NOT MORE FOR ASSIST REMOTE TO BE DELIVERED

On the 11/11/2024 over Facebook messenger i requested a call back for my dad as he wanted to upgrade his unit to the Care. he was called and upgraded. then on the 18/11/2024 i messaged again on facebook to find out about his assist remote that was said to be delivered but my dada was not contacted still, the response hi we will look into it and contact my dad. they called him made empty promises about the remote. the 23 and 25 nov i messaged again with the same story when will the remote be delivered. they contacted him again and we still waiting. Today is the 16/01/2025 and again i messaged on facebook messenger for the same reason, we are still waiting for the remote. please note i called them in between as well as send call back requests. my dad has been waiting about almost 2 months if not more. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR?????
