Very poor service with no feedback

This is a company so full of promisses but just cannot deliver. I have had so many complaints logged with them and every time they will mark is as urgent for someone to call me back and i still wait for that call. My unit is 5 months old and already broken and they just cannot get back to me to arrange it to be fixed. My vehicle was driving for 3 days on one sport at 21km/h with no call or feedback to date since beginning of Feb. They change my debit order date without even contacting me before hand. What a bunch of clowns. And when they do call you they want to sell more products to you. If ask what about my complaints then apparently they did try and contact you once. So sorry i was on another call when you tried to call me but maybe leave a message then i could have gone back to you. Service is still missing in action. My advice do not use this company.
