Very Poor Service

Around 20 Feb I phoned tracker to inform them that I bought a new car and I want them to transfer tracker to a new car. The guy who was assisting me said they will charge me R700 more month end Feb, to my surprise R914. 52 was deducted , amount we did not agreed on I made a follow up on Saturday the lady who was assisting me promise to call me back, but she did not, what a worse service. What's gonna happen if my car can be ****** and they already deducted a lot of money from my account without installing tracker to my car?

Again they claimed that their calls are recorded, if I move a tracker to another car in the middle of the month, in short I already paid that month in full, because I pay for services before they install their tracker, in short you are owing me because I already paid for February. Today is the 11th I still don't have tracker instead of deducting R700 you deducted R914. 52, *******.

Please go and listen to the clip where the guy who was assisting me gave me and offer of R700.

You haven't installed and it's the 11th March, it means you owes me. I paid for something that I don't have.
