Very disappointed in Tracker

The Tracker device was installed in my car, more than a week ago we removed the device from the key holder to test the system, we used the vehicle for a week but nobody phone. I phone them and ask why they take money but don't even bother to contact us about the car, they said someone will phone me about the issue but nothing. I'm in the point to get Tracker to remove the device from the vehicle
