very bad service

I would like to take the time to express my utter disgust in the service that I received from Tracker with regards to how *********** they are with regards to treating their customers fairly have never in my entire life received such a bad service from this money making pyramid scheme company called tracker. They are expecting me to pay for a service that was never rendered because some staff member forgot to load a debit order instruction correctly and they not keeping TRACK of their so called calls are recorded system. Tracker have really gone out of their way to deliver the worst possible service ever.They expect me to pay for for an account that they messed up from day one buy not deducting a premium for 3 months and on the fourth month triple debit my account and still phoning me to book a date for installation for the tracking device I am disgusted by this company called tracker and their unprofessionalism
