Very bad admin with cancellation

Virtually impossible to cancel your subscription, even after the contract expired...they keep on harassing you for outstanding amounts, which are NOT outstanding...took us 7 months to get them out of our system. Received an email to confirm the cancellation, but two days later an SMS to confirm the account is reinstated. Made a phone call to CC and got confirmation again that the account is inactive. I cannot recommend them.
