Vehicle Tracking Call Centre

Phone for a query on financial information through Tracker call centre only to give my particulars and after wards gets place on hold for 20 min, phone again call placed on hold 16 min and 11 min before a call centre agent assists and tells you she will deal with your query no need to get place on hold or to get placed through to financing department. no toll free number number no call back as promised and still have received no sms rendering confirmation whether or not my problem has been solved.... So all of this for nothing. <br> <br> Pathetic.. <br>
