Vechile being damaged y Tracker after device was installed

I have a bad experience with tracker, since last year I had endless problems with the accounts side and this time around I had them come out and install devices in my new vechile but instaed of they they have damaged my van whereby only oil is leaking. This morning i tried to get in contact with them but was on hold for a hour. Also when i went through i was told they would call me back .Then I was also told they they have opened cased and then nothing happened after that I am still awaiting for Tracker to call me. I am so digusted that I want to ask them to remove the device from my vechicle
