Utterly useless company to deal with
Useless company. Installation arrangements were not adhered to - wrong product installed. Being invoiced for wrong product. Can not get hold of someone who can do anything to assist using the client service numbers, placed about 10 calls to them. Utterly disgusting experience. Please go elsewhere if you are interested in vehicle tracking.

(signed me up for wrong package, then invoiced me for 36mnth contract agreement, then added cash purchase of unit on top - now alleging that we are back on the cash deal & month to month, but i have to agree to terms and conditions etc. to which I refuse unless i see in writing what the amount is that i am allegedly agreeing to (because the last invoice they sent me contained two errors on it). Every person who phones me has a different story. And I have to repeat the whole history from adam and eve every single time. Bunch of useless, apathetic unhelpful people. Really regret getting involved with this lot. Don't do this to yourselves, go with Netstar or Cartrack or anybody else.
