Utterly disgusted

After giving Tracker the benefit of the doubt and actually taking them up on their offer after they *******ly debited my account in the past. They were supposed to install two of my vehicles on Wednesday and had to leave work early to make the appointment, to my dismay, they never showed up or even had the decency to call me to rearrange after I called them 20 minutes before the time confirming the installation. Today I receive a call from a call agent asking me what year model my car is, I mean really, how about an apology first for getting a prospective client to leave work early and you just decide not to show up. I think I will stick with Car Track as I have never had issues with them.
