I will review this Company until every last issue has been resolved. After my previous review, no contact has been made, yet I've got like 12 reference numbers by now. When I call the call centre, I either hold forever or get cut off. Money has been taken off my account by Tracker, yet I am still getting calls, SMS's and E-mails from Debt collecting agencies claiming the money Tracker already took. I will stick to my statement - TRACKER IS USELESS - #WIN.

26 Aug 2021, 11:04And so I get an Email from Itikeng Maloke on Tuesday, 24 Aug stating: "We would like to apologize profusely for any poor service you might have experienced when dealing with certain staff members within the company and would like to assure you that this is not our standard way of doing business. Kindly provide me with all the work items you have received so I can investigate each one. "
This is exactly how Tracker do business, because no feedback received on any of the work numbers. Also, the Phone calls, E-mails & SMS's continuous from Debt collectors regarding my Tracker account. I just want out - not prepared to work with such an unprofessional company - #WIN...!!!
