Useless Tracking Company

If there was a lower score I'd give it to you. For the past 2 weeks we on the app it says there are no vehicles linked to our account. What the hell is the invoice? Since we bought our car you have been a nightmare. Can you at least do your jobs and acknowledge the emails sent every week to remind you that we are serving termination notice period? Be responsive, do something for heaven's sake.
