Useless tracker Service
Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service from tracker iro my ebucks . Nobody bothered to call me until one week later. Arlin spoke to me on Monday said i didn't qualify for ebucks on the product I was given & this after 2.5 months of being approved for it by 2 senior consultants at tracker. I asked for a manager to call me back & still waiting. Why should I be inconvenience for trackers inefficiency and lack of product knowledge.
