Useless Tracker

Im a new client of Tracker.My insurance wanted me to take out a Tracker .Today i was involved in a accident and because i have the care package i have i was told that any impact tracker will call and send assistance,Absolutely nothing .not even a call .I called them and waited for ever on the phone 4 them to answer,eventualy i spoke to a lady gave her al my details incl contact details ,the phone cuts off. Send tracker a message via facebook. It gets read quickly. No reply I regret taking out this as it obviously of no benefit to me, i was told the remote thing/tag serves as a panic button also. This is also useless

I have notified my insurance about todays incident.even the consultant was struggling to get hold of Tracker
