USELESS STAFF!!!

My husband had a tracker installed in our vehicle about 3 years ago.

we have cancelled this service almost every month for the last year but still receive "lawyers letters" every 3 months expecting a payment. i have paid these amounts twice already with the hope that they would just GET THE POINT but still no such luck.

I am really getting fed up with this now. I have sold the vehicle in which this tracker is installed more than 6 months ago.

Everytime the make contact, we advise them that we have paid everything up to date and dont even have the vehicle anymore then the staff get rude!

Surely, all calls should be recorded and if we say we dont want it, WE DONT!

I will not advise anyone to make use of this company as this is just a quick way of *****ing hard earned money!!!
