Useless service

<p>I have had my skytrax unit for a while now. Today being the first time I needed to use my panic button for emergency road side assit as I was stranded next to the road with a damaged rim after driving over a rather large rock. Needless to say I am still waiting for them to phone me. Should it have been a hijacking I would have been dead. I tried phoning them and the lady said she will sms me the number to phone. Number came through 2 hours after I got home after being stranded for 2 hours!. I tried logging into my account and cant get in. Phoned twice and got a voice mail that no one is availabe to take my call. Tracker you are pathetic an you can take your devide and shove it where the sun does not shine because you mean nothing. I want all of my premuims back because you have not delivered the service I was sold over the phone.</p>
