Useless service
I have been trying to replace my faulty keypad for 5 days now with no joy.despite several calls to them. So I have now had a faulty system for 5 days and it is going to take another 5 days for them courier me a new key tag. So basically if I am hijacked I have no cover!!!!!! Ten days . How is this acceptable under any circumstances???
