Useless product

I have been with tracker for almost two years, being a concerned client I contacted them in Feb 2015 to find how exactly the device work. I was informed that I was on a retrieva which does not confirm the positioning of your vehicle without you reporting it ******, but from time to time tests are done on the device to see if its working. I then asked when was the last time the device was tested i was informed in May 2014 and they would run a test again if I want to. I requested that they do so. 20/03/15 I received a call from Koketso who just informed me that they conducted an air test and the signal on my device is not strong and they have to send a technician to inspect the device but it will cost me R395.00. I told Koketso the car is parked on a garage that could be the reason the signal is weak. having to pay a premium every month I am constructively placed in a position that if my car cannot be retrieved after being ****** tracker cannot be accounted because they have informed me that the device could be faulty. this is poor service I farely dont even know and wont know how the device looks what kind of proof will I have if its faulty or not . what a *********.<br>
