Useless non-existent customer service

Useless non-existent customer service. I wonder if they can even recover your car, failing to do simple admin.They are greedy too. Since my device was installed, the device did not work for three weeks, they were dragging their feet to fix the problem. Only when I posted my about their lack of customer support on Facebook they attended to me. Then on cancelation of my contract due to a car accident, I paid the cancelation fee they wanted. They took forever to acknowledge receipt of the fee, but even after finally acknowledging the payment, they continued debiting my account. I reversed the payments. Now they are still debiting up to today. Contacting them through calls or emails is futile. I'm so frustrated. Please do not ever consider using Tracker, if you want to avoid a nightmare.
