Useless
End 2018 I received a sms from Tracker advising I owe R300 odd to them but that if I paid within 24hrs I could only pay half. Great. So I paid it. However i paid it withing 24hr and 30min. So they refused to accept it. I have been fighting for a year and a half about it. I no longer have an account with you guys and you keep sending messages that I owe you R200 odd. Then some rude Indian guy called me yesterday and proceeded to tell me “YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME". Great customer service there guys. I have paid your ridiculous amount. I have tried calling your landline but after holding each time for over 10min I gave up. Please stop messaging me, and ensure that my account is closed.
