Useless company who cant even do the one service you pay for.

My bakkie was ****** on Sunday morning the 7th January from my property. Our security company notified us of the house break in and we then found that the vehicle was also ******. I immediately contacted tracker to activate the unit.

I was hopeful in the first few hours but still nothing happened. The consultants kept on using the excuse that i only have the retrieve model. So in other words I'm being told that if i don't have an expensive package that they cant retrieve the vehicle.

I have been paying for a service since 2011 and now when it is most needed they cant help me. Tracker is selling a product that does not work and misleading consumers at the same time. This is *****.

Till now which is 2 days later they have not even had an idea where the vehicle is and the last time i spoke to a consultant they were very hopeful they will find it. Do you guys live in the land of ponies and rainbows or something. The vehicle will either be chopped up or over the border by now. The tracker unit is also removed most probably. Plus the chance to get my ****** property back is nil.

Tracker should be ashamed of themselves to say they care. I have never heard such ****. I still have not been informed about whats going on or contacted to give any sort of customer service.

I will be posting my experience everywhere i can so that people know how useless and ********* your company is.
