Useless Company, Tracker Connect

I've been so disappointed with the service and the assistance we get from Tracker connect. Their device was not working for months, when I would check the car, i would not get immediate updates. When you call them you spend lots of money trying to get through. I emailed and they responded after a week or so, while my safety and security was compromised. Weeks later after they fixed the device I find my car gets tempered with and the panick button is not working, I immediately all them to go get it checked and they tell me I have to pay over R500 to get it checked, while I didnt budget for this and it clearly was not my doing. Again my safety is compromised but tracker does not care about this, all they care about are the monthly premiums. I've never seen such ignorance in a company. I'm done with Tracker Connect. They don't do what they promise to.
