Useless company that is not interested in customers

I recently bought a new car which came with a pre-installed tracker device. Everytime the stop start feature, standard on a lot of new cars, is activated the Car Guard system on the tracking device is activated. When the traffic light turns green and you take you foot off the brake and pull way the tracker activated the alarm. I phoned Tracker a number of times, the last being three weeks ago, they just ignore me. There does not appear to be anyone at the company who understands their technology and seems capable to provide an answer. They also do not seem to be interested in customer service and solving customer problems. All in all a useless company.
