USELESS APP THAT NEVER WORKS

I AM REALLY GETTING TIRED OF YOUR DYSFUNCTIONAL APP IT NEVER WORKS, THE APP HAS NOT UPDATED FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEK ON MY ONE VEHICLE THAT IS IS BEING USED BY MY WIFE. SHOULD MY CAR BE ****** HOW WILL I EXPLAIN THIS TO MY INSURER. YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE UNRELIABLE AND INCONSISTENT. YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT RENDERED. I LOGGED THE CALL LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY AT 17:43, TILL TO DATE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. THIS IS SO PATHETIC. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.
