useless and waste of money

<p>My husband was hijacked on the 25/12/2016 around 12pm. I called them I told them about incident they said they cannot get the signal from their side. I offered to assist them with my iphone. They gave me the number of the person who can assist me around Jane furse area. I whatsapp him the directions the car was moving in the GPS coordinates. To my suprise the guy never went to the area or last seen spot that the GPS was showing. When I called their office to find out why he didn't go there I was told that ther was no signal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not sure what signal he was talking about because I was the one who was sending him directions. Tracker and your team you are useless and incompetant, if ********* can just remove your devices within minutes and even when we offer to assist you with our tracking device you don't use our help. </p> <p> </p> <p>Disappointing service indeed and we are just donating our money to your organization</p>
