Useless

Should have a no star rating. Sold my car more than a year ago. Informed Tracker and requested that the unit be cancelled. They are billing me monthly still. No one even bothers to attend to the query, despite numerous calls and emails. They just invoiced me for November and reactivated the tracker. This is the most frustrating company EVER to deal with. Cancel the DAMN tracker and STOP billing me!!!!! Go back to all my emails and phone calls for further information.
