Useless
The most useless system for your vehicles. I have 3 cars with tracker installed and the app is useless. The call center takes ages to answer and they are never helpful . What's the point of having a system that can't do anything for you and an app that doesn't work

20 Jun 2023, 11:18Total waste of time speaking to the complaints department at Tracker. I was phoned by a consultant who got it wrong, was also given the complaints direct phone number which turns out its also a call center. I want the trackers removed, the contracts canceled and a refund
