I phoned tracker and explained that I got divorced and asked whether the tracker contract could be canceled.<br> Yes sir, you pay R400 to buy up the existing time and then its cancelled. So this is what we did! 3 months down the line I receive an sms - Tracker debit transaction??? So I phone ***and go through to account queries, after 20 minutes of listening to **** music I put down the phone! Now I phone again but select new application - and what do know it gets answered within 30 seconds??? So I tell the lady the story and ask if she could please assist me in this matter and all she said was I'll put you through to the correct department. So I was listening to the **** music again for 15 minutes and now we are on Hello Peter!!!<br> Your service to existing clients are PATHETIC!!! How can you deduct after 3 months on a closed account???
