I’ve migrated from Skytrax to Tracker ExecuFleet with a choice of being placed on a 36 month contract as per my sales process with Zenzile Maphanga. I was then shocked to receive a big premium amounting into thousands after the first month of signing up. It then appears I was recklessly placed on a month to month contract where I now needed to pay for the device upfront and which did not fall into my discussion with Zenzile Maphanga.
After numerous attempts to contact Zenzile he then instructed Nombulelo Dorah Mlambo to correct my billing (as per my initial active contract) so I can then settle the balance, after several attempts to communicate with the *********** and ******** pair via emails none of them has provided any response nor corrected my billing. Today I’m receiving messages from third party debt collectors (Brooks & Luyt Attorneys) taking legal actions against me for an intentional error committed by Tracker’s employees. Tracker’s failure to correct my billing has now resulted into them taking legal actions against me, that’s pure and utter arrogance. They are purely forcing me to settle an amount I did not sign up for on the contract - why operate business with such arrogance.
It’s not the first time Zenzile Maphanga has went AWOL on me and his managers defend him as being too busy, if he’s that busy why are they failing to assign somebody else who’s competent? Now it seems like a common trend because Nombulelo Dorah Mlambo is showing the same colors in her behavior as her colleague.
Tracker only sorts out matters when only reported on HelloPeter and this cant be correct.
