Unsatisfactory and shocking support from Tracker as a service provider.

I received a suspicious call from someone claiming to call on behalf of Tracker to come and install a new device on my vehicle. They had personal details regarding my contract with Tracker and of course my contact details. When I enquired further about the reason for this new installation the lady was extremely rude to me and put the phone down. I have phoned Tracker to confirm that there is no upgrade due on my account or device. This means that Tracker either has a data breach, which is very concerning as these people would have come to my house, or there is a sales department that did not make any notes on my account about this call or the upgrade and that is very rude and condescending to customers. When I phoned Tracker to confirm all my details the lady said all is in order but suggested I email the details of this incident to them so that they can look into it. I did so. Then Tracker emailed me back to say I am not even on their system and have no car registered with them!! This is very concerning and shocking. Their further feedback was therefore that it cannot be proven that the people who called me got my details from Tracker. I wanted a solution from Tracker as my service provider not a denial of liability! Really disappointed in Tracker and how they have chosen to deal with things. Not to mention that they have now somehow lost my account.
