Unreliable Tracker connect!!!
Again another month has passed and NO tracker installation team arrived, made contact after my previous review and all the say we will call you back with installation date and never again. How will they ever track my vehicle if they can get this proses in place. But because I signed a 3 year contract I have to pay. This is really now taken its toll from October 2024 for tracker to install a unit!!!!! Really guys.

On January 30th, Tracker contacted your son-in-law and scheduled an installation for 2:00 PM the same day. He informed us that his wife was unavailable and requested that we call her directly.
Immediately after speaking with him, we contacted his wife, who advised that she will be at work and unavailable for the installation. When we inquired about her availability, she mentioned that she was unsure as her schedule had not yet been released.
We requested that she call us back once she knew her availability so we could arrange for a technician accordingly.As of today, Tracker has not received a follow-up call. We have also attempted to reach you, your son-in-law, and your daughter but have been unable to make contact.
Please confirm a suitable time for us to call you back so we can finalize the installation arrangements.
