Unreliable products

I have been a loyal , client with this useless company’s for more than 6 years. But every time you need to be assisted by the. It’s a mission. I have downloaded their stupid useless app and it hasn’t been working for day. When you call them to locate my vehicle they cnt do that because of technical issues. How can we a company as big as they are have technical issues the whole month. It’s ridiculous . I would warn everyone not to do business with this shem. Matrix is far better than them. And I’ll be taking my business there!
