Unreliable and Dishonest

The level of service from Tracker Connect is terrible, the company continued to debit an incorrect account even after I had told them to use the new one.

They then approved a refund on premiums incorrectly debited in 2021 and we confirmed that they would deduct the outstanding premiums on the 27th May 2022. Confirmation was sent for the refund however it was not paid, I called the office only to be told that it had been paid to outstanding invoices. This is utterly unprofessional and dishonest as we did not agree to such
