They called me saying my tracker is not being received on their signal and should schedule a replacement of unit on arrival since I had purchased another car they mixed job cards and wanted to fit only in my new vehicle forgetting the replacement of the other unit then month end I was charged an outrageous amount asked for a reversal on the 25th still haven't received my money it's been excuse after another
