<p>i hope Innocentia Maluleke will respond very quick now. i've send her an email on the 03November 2016 regarding to her email but till now there was no respond.</p> <p>i just want to add to the below email that was send few weeks ago. i would like the Tracker to send me all the the recorded conversation that was done from April till July including the one that was done on the 04th November 2016. Even now i did receive an email that my name will be submitted to ITC because i have to pay R1044.40 of which there is proof that the contract was cancelled. I also did send request regarding the balance on this contract. The balance was send to me ,then I did pay that amount.</p> <p>I did cancel the contract even before July 2016, just listen to all the conversation done with your staff concerning with the renewal of the contract but it looks like somebody didn’t perform his/her task.</p> <p> </p> <p>Actually this contract was not honest communicated, the Indian lady I’ve opened the contract with, she said the contract is for two years.</p> <p>I was suprised to hear that the contract was for three years then I ask to see the contract only to find that some of the documents were not signed. They didn’t even gave me the contract to read but that was my mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just ignored everything and keep on paying their 3 years contract. What I also understand the tracker was suspended nobody came back to me regarding the status of my tracker.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also cancelled the debit order due to the high /more than agreed amount that was taken to my account without my concern.
