Unjustifiable annual increases
Thankfully, have not had to utilise the recovery service yet, so I can't comment on that, but I can comment on the persistent annual increases.
I've been with tracker since 2021 and every year they have put up their fees by more than the CPI. In recent years this has got progressively worse, culminating in the latest increase- 9.93% year on year while the CPI in June increased only 3.02%.
Unjustifiable and unaffordable. Has anyone's salary gone up by this amount?
What are the excuses? I've tried asking but had no response.

Tracker called me this morning to see if they can assist.
I'm grateful for the follow-up and acknowledgement of the problem. I did advise that my concern is not my particular situation but that, presumably, my increase is representative of the default across the board increases that are unsustainable and unaffordable for customers.
The lady I spoke to promised to take this feedback to the decision making bodies so we will see if this has any impact on my and others' premiums in future.
Tracker called me this morning to see if they can assist.
