Uninstall a Tracker

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that when my vehicle was insured with a different insurance company they required that a tracker was installed into my vehicle. This was done. I have now moved to a different insurance company and they have installed a C-track in my vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned Tracker and they confirmed that they have disconnected the Tracker on the vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>The tracer is however still pulling power on the battery I cannot start my vehicle because the battery is flat every time I want to start my vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned Tracker and they advised that I need to pay almost R400.00 to remove the unit. I advised them that I did not request that they install the unit in my vehicle and therefore I do not feel that I should be responsible for paying for the remove of the unit. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then ask Lungilwe the supervisor to then just tell me where the unit was installed, she advised that it is confidential information. I explained to her that I no longer have a contract with them, however, she was still not willing to listen. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will keep Tracker liable if something happens to my vehicle due to the battery. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please, can someone come back to me to resolve this issue?</p> <p> </p> <p>regards </p>
