Unhelpful, rude, arrogant, disgusting Tracker!

Really disgusted with Tracker. When they sell a unit to you, they are dishonest and don't disclose all the information. Also to get into contact with them is like trying to squeeze water from a rock. They are stubborn, arrogant and unhelpful. I personally called them many times. Of the dozens of times, I got someone twice. They don't answer their calls. Both times, one lady answered. She repeated all my information to me correctly and said someone will contact me urgently. Days have gone by and when I reminded her, she said she told them to contact me and that she will tell them again! Of course she didn't tell them and her incompetence will lose me thousands of rands. My husband also phoned the head office and they too were most unhelpful. I don't think anyone will read this complaint. I am urgently seeking contact with their management who seems just as useless as their *********** and rude staff.
