Unhappy new client

I spoke to a sales consultant Cavin Mitchell who hasd been assisting me from last week about my device , I have a problem with my tracker app , he then put me through to customer service and I spoke to Blessing who spoke very fast on the phone while assisting me , i advised him that my app is still not working , he then reset my password with still having him on the phone , i tried it still did not work he then said he will reset it again but instead of doing that he put me through a voice prompt which then ended the call afterwards , Blessing has not called me back it is alomost an hour now so that means he ended the call on purpose since he was failing to assist me , that is work avoidance.I have emailed Cavin whi is the sales consultant advising him what has happened , no one has called me.I am hardly a week with tracker but i am unhappy with their service.
