Unfair debiting my account

In spite of all the emails i wrote to Tania Pretorius ((who does not respond to my emails)tracker continued taking my money for the car that i sold in January! I need tracker to refund me bcos the car reg SJM 999 GP was sold on the 27jan 2020, can you believe when i say i was debited for the month of May 2020! This is what we call enrichment at the expense of your customers!i can not return the debit order unpaid because tracker has combined my premiums with the car i presently use!!!!!
