Unfair contractual dispute

I have a problem with car tracker company they are being unfair to me as a customer and are not in compliant of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008

My car was involved in accident in November 2024. My vehicle was a write off. It has already been deregistered; it is no longer in my name. The contract stipulates that the contract will be forceful while the vehicle is in my name and that I should notify them should there be a change of ownership. I have notified the tracker company and requested for the contract to be cancelled because there is no vehicle to be tracked. They refuse to cancel the contract and say the contract is in force for a period of three years. Our contract did not a clause which stipulates that should the vehicle be a write off the contract will remain in force. They now demand me to pay R 2 500.00 to cancel the contract or they will keep on billing me. Then I have requested them to include the tracking report with their billing, they refuse. Their action is unfair, *****ulent and ****ming because they cannot bill for the services there are not able to render.
