unfair

We had viewed a vehicle at Toyota Thekwini that was already fitted with tracker, but did NOT purchase the vehicle due to poor customer service. The Tracker staff assigned to the store submitted my information for Tracker service from the dealership to be transferred to my name knowing full well I did not sign the contract to purchase the vehicle and the vehicle was still at and owned by the dealership. I advised Tracker, we did not purchase or sign any documents to take ownership of the vehicle and the vehicle is still owned by the dealership, but I was told we need to pay R1600 to cancel their service. please assist as this is totally unfair paying for services of a vehicle that I did not purchase,
