Unexpected charges and poor response time

I had only one communication needing help from Tracker in the over 10 years i have been with them. Had three cars installed with the service in that period and never asked for any service.

A month ago i asked for a road side assistance when i was stuck on a dangerous area and had the below experience which was not a pleasant one at all.

1. How do you ask someone from Westrand to come tow a car in Eastrand? Isn't the aim to cut costs. Surely there should be a service provider near by. I took the car 5 kilometers from where I was and still be asked to pay for the excess kilometers on top of the 40km's allocated. That doesn't sound right. I have no control of who came to tow me, you guys assign them.

2. The towing car came almost 2 hours later and they kept lying about their well about. You can check with the operator who was assisting me on how many calls she made to check if they arrived. This was after I had indicated I was in an unsafe area.

I have call history to backup my issue. Being changed for all I went through is a form of poor service especially to a client who claimed ones on this day in 10 years of membership.
