I had a vehicle covered since August 2012. In August 2013, the vehicle was totalled. I informed tracker to remove the tracking unit and they did so around the end of 2013. I did not have a vehicle to put a tracker on for a while and understood that I am locked in a minimum 24 month contract. In September 2014 i called to cancel the contract and have been put through to an extension which nobody answers. This has happened to me on 7 occasions to-date. The last time, I in-fact held the line for almost 30 minutes until I gave up. today I called to complain about this at 14:23 and was promised that I would be put through to a manager. However, I ended up holding again until the line was terminated at 14:29. I have therefore, for the past 18 months, been paying for a service which I do not need. I have also been unable to cancel the service because I get put through to lines that nobody answers or get cut off. I think this is deliberate. I have submitted two online complaints and one general query about this issue and nobody has rep**** to me, despite the fact that they claim that an agent will get in touch with you within 48 hours. Next stop - Ombudsman.
