Unbelievable bad service...worst company to do business with

Trying to cancell a subscription is a NIGHTMARE! Over a period of about 3 months, after about 10 calls, I eventually spoke to 4 people, was assured my cacellation is being processed, but was still invoiced. I stopped the debit order and now they're cryning about it.

Best of all, TODAY I GOT A MESSAGE TO SAY THEY ARE TRYING YO CONTACT ME - NONSENSE! MY PHONE IN MY HAND, THEY DID *N*O*T * CALL ME. I THEN CALLED THEM, LONG STORY SHORT, CUSTOMER SERVICE PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR...nice. ********* company, don't ever use them.
