Unauthorized debits

In 2017 I had contacted Tracker regarding an unauthorized debit order going off my account every month, they requested I send them a 3 month bank statement in order to refund me and stop the debit orders. I did not have any service with them. Once the refund was made, the debits stopped for a while and a few months later had started again. Up to this day, I am still being debited by Tracker and the amount keeps on increasing.

I cannot understand how they can just take money which dies not belong to them! I never authorized this, I have no service with them and when I tried to put a stop to it at the bank, it does not work.

I need someone to assist me with this, these debits need to stop and I need a refund dating back to the end of 2017.
