Unauthorized debit and poor service by Tracker.

I have signed with tracker from 2014 till 2023.i called in September 2023 to cancel my cover to date they still debating my account an amount of R1245.00 and I reverse the payment noting that I cancelled. I hv called them in Dec they said the they still investigating the cancelation call.I called again in Mach 24 .They only cancelled in much and they still debating my account. This is really unacceptable. I Need this sorted out because I am not going to pay and I want my name cleared.
