UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

Unauthorized debit orders. We have been trying to stop debit orders going off randomly for the past 6 months. You get a consultant to work with and then they just stop responding to your emails. There's a second debit order going off for a different amount on a different date. We stopped all the debit orders last week because they debited the account on 23/02/2021 again and today another one went off with a different amount. We need an urgent response from tracker regarding this as we do not have any accounts with them. The service that you get from Tracker is shocking and deceiving.
