Unauthorised Debit Orders
Tracker is EXTREMELY greedy and unfair. I cancelled for contract with them after a lengthy conversation with their consultant on the 20th January for 15mins from the number +27 (11) *** at 11:17.
I clearly stated that I would like to discontinue using the service for reasons I openly shared with him. He assured me that the contract has now be cancelled.
This morning I wake up to TWO debit orders that are unauthorised going off my account of R674,86 and R1109,09
This is totally unacceptable! That is called *****ing.
Please STOP these debit orders and refund me my money!
